Speed Run & London Marathon 2017 Application

I've not run for nine days as a result of significant family issues which had taken their toll on me, resulting in me not waking up early enough to fit a run in.
Of course had I managed a run then that would have helped with falling asleep, getting good sleep, and in turn then be awake enough to go for a run.
I do firmly believe that if you can exercise (or in my case) regularly enough, the rest such as good sleep, healthy eating, being more active (when not running), positive mindset etc all naturally start to fall into place.

Anyhow, I did a two mile "speed" run this morning hence no photos in today's post - fairly consistent pace as each mile was 9.46 and 9.49.
My May plans are for speed runs mid-week and on Saturdays with Sunday being a gentle long run.

Going to do my London Marathon 2017 entry, to see if I can make it fifth time lucky.
